From upright vertical and safe double wall containment tanks to cone bottom and horizontally configured vessels, our factory-trained specialists can guide you in selection of the correct high density linear polyethylene HDLPE or cross-linked resin poly XLPE for your chemical storage requirement. Our industrial, chemical storage tanks are manufactured per ASTM D-1998. Don’t be fooled by the competitors “heavy duty” or “industrial grade” tanks. Our polyethylene upright storage tanks are designed and manufactured per the requirements of ASTM D-1998, 600 psi hoop stress for the toughest chemical storage tank environments. GSC Tanks highly recommends you require ASTM D-1998 tanks for you chemical, vertical and double wall containment tanks.

Selecting the correct chemical storage tank starts with resin selection. We supply tanks manufactured from linear HDPE resin and cross linked HDXLPE resins. In many case, both resin types are suitable for the intended service and HDLPE will provide the most cost-effective solution. GSC Tanks offers special resin selections and processing for several chemical service environments such as sulfuric acid storage and sodium hypochlorite tanks.

GSC Tanks offers vertical, flat bottom storage tanks from 22 gallons through 18,800 gallon tank storage capacity. Our Containment Systems, double wall tanks can be provided in tank capacities up to 12,500 gallons. The Captor provides an interlocking design that permits shipping, installation and connection to pipe with the same simplicity of a single wall tank. The unique Captor Containment System design allows for safe primary tank storage of chemical with a 115-120% containment tank capacity complying with 40 CFR-264.193.

If complete tank drainage is critical, we have the solution with the SUMO full drain fitting available in vertical, flat bottom tanks above 2,000 gallons. If you need more flow or have viscous products, we have the widest selection of HDPE poly cone bottom tanks available in capacities up to 13,000 gallons. With seismic stands and tie down systems meeting the most severe design criteria available, your safe tank installation is assured.

GSC Tanks supplies total drain and flat bottom day tank and metering tanks to 850 gallon capacity. With corrosion resistant polyethylene tank stands or flat bottom PE designed, the total drain tanks include molded in gallon markings and the same fitting and accessory options available on our bulk storage tanks. We can supply your complete poly tank storage and metering system. Our dual containment double wall tanks and chemical metering stations ensure safe chemical storage at all phases of the chemical delivery, storage and distribution process.
